Hello and welcome to my new series of blogs on helping you take a step back and focus on the bigger picture in your life and in your business - all with the aim of helping you fulfill your ambitions and achieving mental equilibrium.

Business life is a journey, so it's important that you are aware of what success means to you, and focus on making sure the processes you use to get yourself to that final destination fits in with how you want to define yourself in business, and yourself as a person.

Zen is hard to describe, but the most eloquent description I have read before is that 'Everything changes; everything is connected; pay attention'.

Now, that might seem like common sense, but it's surprising how much we ignore in the everyday world, as we'll find out in future blogs. So think of this blog as an opportunity to really discover the methods of Zen, and how they can apply to your everyday business and personal life.
